Dear Friends,

Our Summer/Fall Retreat Catalog is late getting to you this year. My only excuse is that we've had some pretty full days here at Marygrove. Several of our retreats have been full to capacity… with waiting lists. Off the top of my head, I can think of four retreats that actually doubled the number of participants over last year. Thanks to everyone who is making such good use of this holy place.

If you haven't been to Marygrove in a while, please consider coming on a Parish Retreat this year. A Silent Directed Retreat might be what you need. Perhaps our new August retreat "Open the Door" would suit you. You want to really prepare for Christmas this year? Then come to Marygrove for our new overnight in December: "Something Wonderful is About to Happen: Getting the Soul Ready for Christmas." Don't let this year pass without making a good retreat.

It's ironic that Marygrove is such a busy place; when so many people come here to escape the busyness of life! All of us at Marygrove are dedicated to keep this a peaceful place where you can rest. We'll keep this a place of beauty, where you can clear your mind and think through all the difficult decisions you face. We'll keep this a place of hospitality, where you will feel encouraged in good humor, and welcomed as friends. Most importantly, we'll keep this a holy place where you can pray, be guided toward Christ, and be strengthened in the Faith.
